High Season (1 Nov 2012 - 31st March 2013 excluding Peak Season)
* Cancellation & Amendment: Must be made at least fourteen (14) days before the date of guests arrival, otherwise there will be a two (2) night charge at the nightly booking rate.
* No-Show : No-Show Guests will be charged according to cancellation terms and conditions.
* Early check-out: Advanced notification of at least forty eight (48) hours before check-out date is required by the resort. If not, there will be a two (2) night charge at the nightly rate
* In case of cancellation, a refund will be issued to the credit card used to make the booking, minus booking fee and any cancellation fees or penalty charge.

Peak Season (26 Dec 2012 - 10 Jan 2013)
* Cancellation & Amendment: Must be made at least twenty one (21) days before the date of guests arrival, otherwise there will be a three (3) night charge at the nightly rate.
* No-Show : No-Show Guests will be charged according to cancellation terms and conditions.
* Early check-out without Any Penalty Charges: Advanced notification of at least forty eight (48) hours before check-out date is required by the resort. If not, there will be a two (2) night charge at the nightly rate

Low Season (1 April 2013 - 31 Oct 2013)
