CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT / NO-SHOW POLICY:
* Cancellation & Amendment: Must be submitted 72 hours or 3 days prior to arrival, otherwise, 1st night will be charged as penalty fee.
* No-Show: 1st night will be charged as penalty fee for any no-show.
* Extra terms & conditions existed in any offer or promotion will be automatically applied.
* In case of the cancellation which is granted with full refund, the cancellation fees or penalty charges will be levied. This cancellation fee or penalty is at 10% of the total amount of the full payment.
