CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT / NO SHOW POLICY:
* Cancellation & Amendment: Must be submitted 72 hours or 3 working days prior to arrival, otherwise, 1st night will be charged as penalty fee.
* No Show: 1st night will be charged as penalty fee if any no show.
* Extra terms & conditions exsited in any offer or promotion will be automatically applied.
* In case of the cancelation which is granted a full refund, the cancelation fees or penalty will be levied. This cancelation fee or penalty is at 10% of the total amount of the full payment.
* All cancelation will be deductable from total invoice for Bank and Credit Card Cancelation Fee, According to each Bank and Credit Card Policy.
